Ruben + Maggie, a Stellar La Fonda on the Plaza Wedding
Brooklyn babes Maggie and Ruben got hitched in the middle of the summer with the most vibrant celebrations of all time. These cuties lit up the Santa Fe Plaza in all of the best ways and we’re sooo dang obsessed with it.
Ruben and Maggie first met on Hinge in Austin three years and immediately bonded over their shared love of board games, gossip, and humor. After almost two years of dating these hunnies took a leap of faith and moved across the country to New York City with their pug, Massie. Ruben proposed during a holiday trip to Santa Fe in late 2023 after a quick hike up to The Cross of the Martyrs and Maggie, of course, said yes.
These lovebirds wanted a New Mexican wedding with a bold, sunset-inspired color palette and dang did they make it happen. From their stunning florals to their incredible mariachi parade to all of the unique details of their day (including a live tarot reader and a typewriter poet), Maggie and Ruben made their wedding dreams come true. We cannot wait to see what this brand new chapter has in store for the newlyweds.
