Kaite + Jeremy, a Breathtaking Los Poblanos Wedding

Alaskan lovers Kaite and Jeremy dreamed up one of the most awe-inspiring wedding days at Los Poblanos that we have ever witnessed. These babes brought their closest loved ones to The Land of Enchantment for a truly unforgettable weekend of love, joy, and serene views.

Jeremy and Kaite first crossed paths back in 2017 at a pharmaceutical dinner and even though Kaite left early, Jeremy was determined to figure out who she was and how he could get her number. Luckily, fate intervened and these hunnies ran into each other again at another pharmaceutical dinner during which Jeremy finally scored Kaite’s digits (and even secured a date for hike). After their first hike together, Jeremy and Kaite never stopped hanging out and started to make their cozy life together in Anchorage, Alaska alongside their sweet kitty, Toulouse, and all of their plant babies. In early 2021, Jeremy proposed at Pu'uhonua O Hōnaunau National Historical Park in Hawaii after about six months of trying to plan the perfect proposal. Kaite immediately said yes and these two set out to create the most stunning wedding fête.

Kaite and Jeremy chose Los Poblanos for many reasons including its unique architecture, stunning gardens, and dreamy New Mexico touches. They wanted an intimate atmosphere that would fully immerse their guests from out of town into a down-to-earth, yet luxurious feel for the entire weekend and dang did they pick the right spot. And if Los Poblanos’ grounds weren’t heavenly enough, these cuties pulled in some of unbelievably gorgeous details to their September day. Angel bride Kaite’s wedding day look was one that brought in both classic wedding elegance (just peek at her veil and unreal engagement ring) and modern bridal vibes (her chic Rime Arodaky gown had not one but two looks in one!!!). Alongside soft, ethereal florals by Florectia Flowers and effortless glam by Genica Lee, Kaite’s bridal details were nothing short of swoon-worthy.

Jeremy and Kaite started off their day with a deeply emotional first look followed by a romantic, candlelit ceremony inside Los Poblanos’ famed La Quinta ballroom. After their nuptials, we were able to whisk these hunnies away for some of the most beautiful evening portraits we’ve ever witnessed. From exploring the gardens to strolling through the lavender fields, it was beyond magical to see these two soak up their first married moments together at the most serene place on earth. And if all of that wasn’t breathtaking enough, Kaite and Jeremy finished off their celebration with an intimate dinner surrounded by all of their loved ones just as the most enchanting nightfall rolled in.

We adore the way these two love each other and everyone around them so much, Jeremy and Kaite’s love is constantly so tangible and pure. We truly can’t wait to see where this world takes angels next!

Wedding Inspo - 5 Albuquerque Venues to Fall in Love With

Even though the past few wedding seasons have been filled with the most magical destinations both near and far from our beloved New Mexico, there’s nothing quite like The Land of Enchantment, especially our sweet little hometown of Albuquerque.

While we do spend a huge amount of time up north in Santa Fe, we never say no to enchanting celebrations in the city where everything started for us over a decade ago. On the surface, Albuquerque may not seem like a typical wedding destination, but if you you peek around all of its little corners you’ll be absolutely astonished with the divine wedding venues hidden in our quaint city. From heavenly lavender farms to epic historical landmarks to tranquil gardens, Albuquerque is truly a haven for wedding nuptials.

We couldn’t resist the chance to feature just a glimpse of a few of the Albuquerque wedding venues that continually take our breath away, season after season. Our hearts beat just a little faster every time we get to capture love at these incredibly special locations and we’re forever crossing our fingers for even more “I dos” at a few of our favorite gems.

Venue - National Hispanic Cultural Center
Located right near downtown Albuquerque, this historic location is known for its grandiose performing arts center, unique architecture, and rich history. However, one of the many details we love so much about National Hispanic Culture Center is the way that it also makes for the most perfect of wedding locations. Its blend of soft garden touches and stunning southwestern flair makes it truly the best of both worlds.

Venue - Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm

While this world renowned lavender farm needs no introduction, we simply can’t help falling madly in love with it time and time again. With its downright bewitching grounds (including an endless lavender field, iconic silos, and countless gardens) this beauty is a place we are always able to find a little bit more charm in every single time we visit. We can’t wait for more of our darling couples to become as spellbound with Los Poblanos as we have been for all of these years.

Venue - Casas de Sueños + San Isidro de Capilla
We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to feature one of the most entrancing wedding location combination we’ve ever laid eyes upon. The pure white, non-denomination beauty of San Isidro de Capilla makes for the perfect blank canvas for any couple desiring a classic wedding chic feeling that still lends perfectly to the even the most modern of fêtes. And truthfully, we think that one of the most delightful ways to follow up a ceremony in this Albuquerque staple is with an al fresco celebration at Casas de Sueños, a tiny garden known for its irresistible beauty. This little spot is close enough to the stunning bosque, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it the most quaint location.

Venue - Old Town Farm
Perfectly tucked away right near Old Town Albuquerque, this darling little venue is truly the most peaceful of locations. From its stellar red barn to its tiny corn field to vast grounds, Old Town Farm is captivating beyond belief. And if its charming features weren’t enough, this alluring little spot perfectly reflects all of New Mexico’s seasons with its constantly changing foliage.

Venue - Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town
Last, but never least is one of our all time favorites and one of the first venues we ever photographed. Hotel Albuquerque is known for its incomparable beauty, from its Spanish-inspired ceremony pavilion to its stunning, open-air garden, to its famous architecture. We adore this space and the way that couples have continually loved it year after year. We couldn’t dream up a more romantic setting to make if official in the heart of Albuquerque.

Howie + Arin, a Quintessential Santa Fe Plaza Wedding

Newlyweds Arin and Howie radiated joy all day long on their sunny, spring day in May. These angels celebrated their new chapter together with the ever-beloved La Fonda on the Plaza as the most stunning backdrop.

The precursor to these cuties’ perfect wedding day began several years ago with a Bumble match while both were living in Seattle. After realizing that they had found their forever love in one another, Howie planned the most thoughtful, lovely proposal for Arin. They had plans to visit their favorite winery on Marrowstone Island for Arin’s birthday and Howie used this as the perfect excuse to propose (he even had family fly in from Oklahoma and California for the occasion!). After a long COVID-related closure of the winery’s art gallery, Howie coaxed Arin to come take a peek at the stunning space. Upon entering, she was met with flowers, candles, and a romantic proposal among beautiful paintings, two of which they took home as keepsakes. As Arin and Howie were walking hand-in-hand out of the winery, they happened to hear one of their favorite songs playing through the speakers, making this proposal perhaps one of the most kismet moments in time.

Fast forward to their wedding, Arin and Howie decided to seal the deal at La Fonda on the Plaza in Santa Fe due to its charming, bohemian energy. These angels filled their wedding day with all things beautiful and sentimental, from their emotional first look to their rooftop ceremony to their little adventure around the plaza for golden hour romantics. After the most stunning day, Arin and Howie were greeted with pure joy and excitement from their loved ones during their reception. These two finished off this momentous occasion by dancing the night away with their precious flower girls, friends, and closest family members. Being able to witness Arin and Howie basking in that newly married love was truly the icing on cake for this sweet spring day.
