This year we got spend a little extra time with one of our all time favorite couples, Maggie and Dominic, as the start a darling new chapter together as parents. These cuties certainly make it easy for us to capture their love over and over again.

These angels met all the way back in law school and finally tied the knot in 2021 with the dreamiest, most elegant backyard wedding of all time. Since then, Dominic and Maggie have continued to grow their sweet little family and are truly the most amazing new parents.

Longtime lovers Vanessa and David came into our lives several years ago with their incredible, late summer wedding in the heart of Albuquerque. Now nearly a decade later we got to photograph their sweet little family and it was truly a dream.

Sydnie + Patrick, an Adorable New Mexico Family Session

Just when we thought 2023 couldn’t get any sweeter, we got lucky enough to spend a fleeting evening with one of our all time favorite couples. Patrick and Sydnie may have tied the knot years ago, but their love for one another (and for their sweet kids) is truly one of the most inspiring little stories around.

Initially meeting over a decade ago, these sweethearts fell head-over-heels for each other and eventually they were wed in the heart of Santa Fe on the dreamiest day of all. Years later we feel so dang lucky to continue to capture Sydnie and Patrick as they grow through life as parents and best friends.

Here’s to finding your soulmate and doing life with them, these hunnies make marriage look so dang sweet!

Family Inspo - a Darling Desert Portrait Session

As the holidays quickly approach, we can’t help but get giddy over all of the little portrait sessions we get to photograph during this time of year. Sweet Nicole and her darling family lit up this chilly evening in the foothills and it was so dang special.

These cuties trekked into the wilderness of the Sandia mountains for the prettiest golden hour moments and it was so dang worth it. The most amazing part was getting to photograph this tiny family before they welcome a brand new babe into the world so dang soon.

Shawna + Derek, a Sweet Desert Family Session

If there’s one thing that always makes us emotional its when our previous wedding couples return to us for incredible little family sessions years later. Sweethearts Derek and Shawna brought their cuties daughters with them for one of the most precious desert evenings of all.

Way back in 2016, Shawna and Derek were wed in the heart of Santa Fe at La Posada and it was truly a dream come true. Not only was their day absolutely unforgettable, but a ton of its details were featured by the one and only Martha Stewart Weddings!

We’ve loved seeing how these angels have grown their stunning little family over the years, we love Derek and Shawna forever and ever!

Austin + Jamie, a Darling New Mexico Family Session

As our busiest wedding season yet starts to come to a gentle close, we finally have a little extra time to capture all of the darling family sessions. We spent a golden light evening with Jamie, Austin, and their adorable family and, dang, are we obsessed with them.

Lat season we got to capture these cuties for Austin’s surprise maternity session and getting to see them a whole year later is truly the sweetest moment ever. We love seeing this sweet family of four living their best lives!

From the historic adobe storefronts to the ambiance of being in one of the most incredible parts of town, Old Town Albuquerque truly always takes our breath away. And to make this usual spot even more endearing, we got to adventure around with Laura and her sweet family. Lauren + Matt, a Tranquil At-Home Session

Sweet babes Matt and Lauren recently welcomed their newest little addtition into their lives and we were so ecstatic to capture some of the first portraits of this beautifully perfect family.

Last fall were were beyond honored to capture some of Lauren and Matt’s maternity photos so when they came back to us this spring for a serene at-home session with their tiny babe, we knew it would be the most amazing evening. Briana + Steven, a Festive Holiday Portrait Session

As 2022 comes to a gentle close, we got to finish off the year with some of the sweetest little sessions around. We spent the most wonderful evening with our angel Briana and her precious family for holiday photos that were beyond dreamy.

We met up with this incredibly cute family at Lighthouse Studio’s brand new studio for portraits that took Christmas card photos to the next freaking level. From a chic Christmas tree to disco balls, this session was full of all the right trimmings.

We adored every last second with Briana, Steven, and their amazing kids, crossing our fingers for even more evenings like this one!!

Davis Family, a Precious White Sands Session

Earlier this summer, we headed to Southern New Mexico for a pretty evening at White Sands National Park with the Davis family. These three were the absolute sweetest to capture, we’re fully obsessed with family sessions at National Parks.

We braved some of the craziest weather with the Davis family, but dang was it worth. We captured the moodiest skies over White Sands and it was truly something incredibly unique. Bring on all the sessions at all the insanely pretty locations!!!!

Patrick + Sydnie, a Golden Hour Family Session

Last fall we got to meet up with sweet Sydnie and Patrick for the dreamiest little family session. This golden hour evening was absolute perfection and we loved soaking up every moment with these cuties.

We first met Patrick and Sydnie years ago when we captured their engagement session followed by their incredible Santa Fe wedding at La Fonda on the Plaza. We adored when we get to capture our couples years down the road with their precious little ones.

Spending time in the lush New Mexico wilderness for family portraits is easily one of our favorite little things to do outside of capturing weddings and elopements. Last fall, we spent time with Roberta and her sweet boys for the prettiest evening around.

Sutter Family, a Snowy Santa Fe Session

Over the past year, we’ve been lucky enough to connect with the incredibly sweet Sutter family. From capturing Stuart and Kelly’s Los Poblanos elopement to their Fredericksburg, TX wedding to the most serene family session in Santa Fe, we truly struck gold with this family.

Our girl Ashley spent a little time in snowy Santa Fe with the Sutters and it was a perfect prelude to the holiday season. We’ve adored celebrating so much with this amazing family, we’re so incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with each and every one of them!

Kinley, an Old Town Senior Session

We spent a little bit of time this fall capturing some of our favorite kinds of portraits, from families to couples to seniors. We spent the most perfect little evening out on the Old Town Plaza with class of 2021 senior Kinley and we had the best time with this amazing gal.

Not only does Kinley have amazing style and the sweetest aura, she’s also an incredibly talented jewelry designer. Her little business Blue Lemon Designs sells the most unique handmade earrings in New Mexico. We’re always so in awe of what our stellar seniors create right here in the Land of Enchantment.

Tim + Noelle, a Rad Couples Session in the Desert

If you know anything about us, you know that we LOVE hanging with the raddest couples around and we love running around in the desert with them even more. Spending the most perfect evening with Tim and Noelle, the coolest lovers around, was literally how we’d want to spend every single week night forever.

These hot babes have been married for 2 years, but dang do they just give off those madly-in-love feels. They brought their killer style and downright unreal power couple vibes to one of our fave spots, so yeah, we’re just a little obsessed. If you’re looking for married couple inspo, just take a glance at these two because Tim and Noelle only have eyes for each other and wow is it truly captivating to see.

Mai-ly, a Senior Session in the Bosque

This year we’ve had even more time for senior sessions and we couldn't help but throw it back to one of our all time favorite sessions from a few years ago!

We adventured out into the Bosque with beautiful Mai-ly for the most gorgeous little evening. From the prettiest views (cue those stunning Sandias and patches of tall desert grass) to Mai-ly’s amazing outfits, we love love love when seniors bring their absolute A-game to sessions.

Sevilla, an Old Town Graduation Session

This summer we’ve spent a little extra time capturing seniors and it has been such an amazing time. We headed back to Old Town last month for the most fun little cap and gown session with 2020 graduate, Sevilla.

Sevilla, aka one of our favorite gals, has been in front of our camera three times now, once for her sister Tatiana’s wedding, then for her dreamy senior session, and now for her beautiful cap and gown photos, and we are fully obsessed with this girl’s style, beauty, and carefree personality. We can’t wait to see this girl absolutely soar in New York City, we’re so incredibly excited for you sweet girl!!
