Taylor + Jaxon, a Divine Arizona Engagement

Angels Taylor and Jaxon brought us out to Arizona for the most stunning Lake Powell engagement session last month and we can’t stop drooling over it. These sweethearts brought even more beauty to this stunning little Arizona town and, dang, are we obsessed with them.

These hunnies first met almost two years ago and it was truly love at first sight for both of them. Taylor and Jaxon connected through mutual friends while attending college in Utah and immediately felt like they had met their soulmate and best friend all in one (serious relationship goals!). Soon after, Jaxon asked Taylor to officially be his girlfriend by surprising her with a necklace at his grandmother’s cabin up in the Utah mountains. Less than year later, Jaxon once again took Taylor to his grandmother’s cabin, but this time he asked her to be his wife and surprised her with not only a gorgeous ring, but all of their closest family members who had traveled out of town for the occasion.

These lovers are planning on honoring each other and their faith this summer with a traditional LDS Temple wedding followed by chicest cowboy wedding of all. We can’t wait for Taylor and Jaxon to make it last name official, we know it’ll be a wedding for the ages!

Victor + Molly, a Dreamy Las Vegas Wedding

This September we journeyed up north for the most charming day with babes Molly and Victor. This incredible Las Vegas, NM day celebrated these cuties perfectly while also honoring the adoration they hold for all of their loved ones.

Victor and Molly initially met during undergrad at New Mexico State University while both of them were working on international service projects through Aggies Without Limits. Over time, they cultivated the perfect life together in the Southwest, complete with their pups, lots of adventure, and tons of love. Their love story reached new heights when Victor proposed to Molly in the summer of 2021.

When deciding on the perfect place to say “I do”, Molly and Victor chose Hotel Castañeda in Las Vegas, NM due to its rich history, unique architecture, and their fond memory of stumbling upon it on their way back from a trip several years ago. These hunnies wanted their wedding to have an intentional, yet welcoming vibe and were able to make their dreams come true on their special day. Their emotional ceremony, intimate dinner, and soft portraits during twilight set the stage so perfectly; we’re still reeling from all the beauty this day held. To end the night, Molly and Victor had the ultimate dance party during their reception and almost everyone was on the dance floor (truly a sight we love to see).

We already know that these two will continue to deeply inspire each other and everyone else around them in big and small ways, we were so thrilled to be a tiny party of these lovebirds’ new beginning together!

Wedding Inspo - Fall Weddings

As the temperatures begin to drop and the world around us turns to soft shades of orange, we know that fall wedding season is just around the corner. Besides being the busiest time of the year for us, autumn holds so much promise and beauty for our team as we journey out to capture all of the nuptials taking place amid the gently changing season.

From the moody and romantic fêtes to the more subtle and easy-spirited days, weddings in the fall always bring something extra special to the mix. Whether its florals in all hues of yellow and brown or the mystical light of an autumn sunset at the end of a stunning wedding day, weddings at this time of year always bring us full circle in a perfect mix of nostalgia and inspiration.

Laura, a Dreamy Headshot Session

Lately, we’ve been loving all the extra time we’ve had to capture all of the pretty little studio sessions at the newest local gem, Lighthouse Studio. So when our past bride (and total angel), Laura asked us for some brand new headshots, we were so excited to capture this beauty in one of our favorite spaces.

We adored this sweet afternoon filled with Laura’s killer wardrobe, the most gorgeous glam by Genica Lee, and of course, all of the stellar little details at Lighthouse Studio . Being able to capture our brides years after their weddings is always one of our favorite things!

We’re so excited for all the sessions to come in this stunning space, we can’t wait to share all the amazing days to come.
