Tyler + Meredith, aka one of the sweetest couples around, were sooo down to adventure into the foothill mountains for some swoon worthy, golden hour engagement photos. They're making it last name official this month at Four Seasons Santa Fe and we couldn't be any more excited for their big day!!!
